If, like a secret society, the community opposes itself to the society from which it emerges, it does so, in contrast, not by recreating the structure of that society, but by conceiving, creating and practicing a non-hierarchical structure of relations in which the contribution of each member of the community finds its specific place, its unique role, and its equal value.
